Pledger uses only strictly necessary cookies- the kind that make the app work at all, like keeping you signed in. That's why you don't see a cookie consent banner: under EU/UK ePrivacy rules, consent isn't required for cookies that are essential to a service you've asked to use.
What we set
- Authentication / session cookies(set by Supabase, our auth provider) - keep you signed in between visits and identify which account is making a request. Without these, you'd have to log in on every page load.
What we don't set
No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics or tracking pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. We don't sell or share cookie data with advertisers, because we don't use any.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we'll update this page and show a proper consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set - not after.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Since we only use essential ones, doing so will simply sign you out and may prevent the app from working. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data more broadly.
